The ‚Poney‘ swivel chair, designed by Gianni Moscatelli for Formanova, radiates the prototypical charm of the Seventies: A small cocktail chair, but also suitable for the dining table. Elegant and comfortable, but also futuristic thanks to its stainless steel base. Originally available in six different versions these are the early 4-star-legs on castors.
Moscatelli developed many impressive designs for Formanova, like the ‚Alessandra‘ and ‚Micaela‘ series, tables and desks, sofas, easy chairs and recliners.
Set of four swivelling chairs, solid brushed steel base, 4-star-legs forming a mono column, revolving padded seat with back/arm shell, newly upholstered in a green/purple iridescent Kvadrat fabric. Formanova, circa 1970. Formanova makers mark engraved on the steel base.
